Matt Alford, Broker/Appraiser
Matt Alford serves as the Managing Broker for Alford Realty and has been engaged in the real estate business for 25 years. Working as both a real estate broker and a certified general real estate appraiser in Central Mississippi, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and seeks a consultative relationship with buyers and sellers. Matt has lived in Scott County most of his life and is a graduate of East Central Community College and the University of Mississippi.
Jessica Brown, Sales
Jessica Brown joined our team in the Summer of 2024 and comes to us after spending the last few years in the real estate business in the Hattiesburg area and the Jackson/Rankin County area. Jessica has developed a keen understanding of the local real estate landscape while providing both buyer and seller representative services. Jessica recently returned to her hometown of Forest and serves as a realtor with Alford Realty and serves as the Executive Director of the Forest Area Chamber of Commerce.
